Ubiquinol for Improved Egg Quality
If you have been trying to conceive for more than six months and you are over the age of 35, you may have a challenge with your egg quality. While some women have prepared for conception by having great diets and exercising and keeping stress levels low, other have just come up for air and are ready to start a family – right now! So what’s a girl to do?
Besides jumping on the bandwagon of health and cleaning up one’s diet and exercising in relaxing, stress-reducing ways, you can add certain things into your daily regime to help with egg quality in order to have better eggs, better embryos and a higher chance of conceiving and giving birth to a healthy happy baby. Also, if your partner’s sperm levels aren’t great, he can do this too. There is even research showing that healthy eggs can heal unhealthy sperm and vice versa! So it’s a good idea to get as healthy as possible if you are trying to have a baby, and one way you can do that is to start taking ubiquinol, which is a form of Coenzyme Q 10.
This substance is known to protect DNA. It inhibits DNA oxidation therefore protecting the genetic code and cellular development. It also improves egg quality in scientific studies in animals, and most cardiologists now know that this is a great substance for longevity and keeping disease at bay. The less disease one has in their system, the more energy one has to put towards the reproductive system and make a great embryo, which is one of the keys to getting pregnant and having a healthy child. The ubiquinol form of this substance is the most bioavailable, and is also the most easily absorbed, especially for older people over the age of 40 or people who have other health issues, like poor digestion, immune system issues, other illnesses or even stress.
